Process

How a project usually goes

Every project is a little different, but this is the shape most of them take.

Step 1

Understand the problem

We start by learning what you're building and why, what constraints you have, and what "done" looks like. If we're not the right fit, this is where we'll tell you.

Step 2

Design the system

We sketch the architecture, pick the technology, and write down the decisions and trade-offs — so you can review them before we build anything.

Step 3

Build in short cycles

We work iteratively and show you progress regularly. You see working software and hardware early, not at the end.

Step 4

Test it properly

Unit, integration, and system tests, plus reviews of the parts that matter most. We aim for confidence, not just a green checkmark.

Step 5

Ship and hand over

Deployment, documentation, and training for your team. After that, we can stay on for maintenance or hand the project over cleanly — your choice.
